We included One Communication (a local, known specialist) when reassessing our mobile phone service provider, with approximately 100 mobiles on our account. They were competitive and on a par with the majority of bidders. The difference was that they took the time to really understand our needs and showed ‘the personal touch’ so were awarded the contract for E-PPL back in 2010.
